What's included in your initial injury consultation:
Our Sports Therapist Katie will firstly take you through an in-depth subjective assessment, where she will gather all the information which she needs to start to build a profile for the injury you have. This is a crucial part of the assessment which will help her decided the best treatment approach. After the assessment is complete, Katie will assess using approved gold standard assessment tools to pinpoint the cause of the injury. Following the clinical decision made, the correct treatment modalities will be used ranging from Myofascial release, soft tissue release, PNF stretching, muscle energy techniques, KT taping and much more. Aftercare will also be provided, each client will have a research based rehabilitation program sent to them.
Additionally clients will have full support throughout their injury recovery journey, this will included being able to contact Katie through email and phone for any guidance which you may need.
Injury Consultation : £55
What's included in your injury follow up:
For clients which have had an initial injury consultation. Our injury follow up is used to see the progress which you are creating and how Katie can further progress you within you journey. The injury follow up includes; a new injury assessment, progress update, treatment, rehabilitation and aftercare.

Rehabilitation and Prevention session
What's included in your session:
This session can be used during you recovery process as this will help to progress and expand you rehabilitation program. From this Katie will then be able to create a plan which will progress the injury recovery. However, it can also be used on its own for someone who gets reoccurring injuries. This will be specific to previous injury which you have had, the prevention sessions will be used to help strengthen and mobilise the area where the injury occurs to help reduce the risk of re-in jury.
Katie will be using a range of specialised treatments which will help to improve strength, mobility, every day activities and return back to sport.
Rehabilitation and Prevention: £50
Sports massage is a form of massage which can relieve pain and reduce stiffness throughout the body. Katie will use a range of techniques such as soft tissue release, trigger point work, PNF's and deep transverse friction methods. Sports massage is not just for athletes or people that have increase daily activity, it is for anyone who wants to free the body of stress, stiffness and pain. Sports massage can also be used to help break down scare tissue from previous injuries which will help to improve range of movement and flexibility around that muscle, joint of ligament.
